All in All Azhagu Raja is an upcoming Indian Tamil romantic comedy film written and directed by M. Rajesh. It will feature Karthi, Kajal Aggarwal and Santhanam in the lead roles. The movie story was set under the small town Ambasamuthiram, Azhagu Raja (Karthi) one only son for Prabhu and Saranya, he runs local channel namely "All in All" . He has Santhanam as his assistant, he plays adamant role and because of Santhanam, Karthi faces some problem.Sithra Devi, this is the character name of Kajal Aggarwal, there will be a flashback for this name.

Earlier Rajesh announced the project called "Kaagitha Kappal" with Karthi but the project was shelved due to some reasons and Rajesh went on to do Oru Kal Oru Kannadi. Rajesh announced in 2012 that his project with Karthi is titled as "All in All Azhaguraja".

Raja (Karthi) runs an obscure television channel and tells his parents that he wouldn't marry until he makes his channel the best in the market. Kalyanam (Santhanam) is a friend/employee/lapdog who continues to stick around and do things for Raja for reasons unknown. Raja is a total loser who does nothing to achieve that goal of his.. a goal which we are made to believe is what driving the film. The moment he meets the girl, he throws everything aside and inadvertently does everything to sabotage her career. The film is over-written with too many subplots, none of which make any sense.

Karthi handles All in All Azhaguraja all the way. He was at his ever best with improvisations and place where he masquerades veteran actor Prabhu is well mannered. Kajal Agarwal has done her parts well. Ethnic costumes on her suits the role of Chitra and thanks to her perfect shape. She has lived the role as an upcoming dancer cum singer. Santhanam is been type casted for his comic one-liners and they couldn’t make an impact on audiences this time, though he steals the show with variety of expressions.
