Viral Video of Mallika Sherawat’s Outburst On State Of Women in India | Mallika Sherawat’s Video Gone Viral | Mallika Sherawat’s Viral Video

Mallika is back in the news, however this time its not for her objectionable scenes or international projects but for a video thats gone viral. In the times when the so-called apostles of righteousness are turning out to be fallen heroes, Mallika Sherawat’s brash and unapologetic comments about India being a regressive state for women rings truer than ever.

A video that shows her having heated arguments with a reporter at a press conference stating that she won’t lie about Indian society problems even if it was in front of foreign press has made her very popular amongst the people. Video is from the press conference of 'The Bachelorette -- Mere Khayalon Ki Mallika' at the start of October before the show went on air. Back then, Mallika was in the news for an interview at Cannes in which she said that India is a regressive country. The actress although did make some relevant points regarding double standards existing with women also received a lot of criticism for presenting India as a very grim country.

When a local reporter confronted Mallika and asked her why she would choose to find a suitor in a country she called regressive, Mallika shot back at the journalist and said, “I think you need to do your homework well. I said Indian society is regressive for women, see the interview again.” Mallika's statements sure made her fan list a little longer as many are appreciating her confidence and boldness whereas many feel the incident was exaggerated and instead of her statements being focused on the drama that surrounded it is being more highlighted.

When the reporter asked Mallika to explain why she thought Indian society is regressive for women, the actress shot off a litany of facts.
